SECURITY & CONTROL

Useful AI.
Clear boundaries.

Access follows the approved task, the person’s role, and the decisions that must remain human-controlled.

01 / Source of truth

Company facts stay in company systems.

Important changing information belongs in approved databases, CRM, ATS, ERP, accounting, or internal systems where appropriate. AI reads and writes approved information through controlled integrations.

02 / Least privilege

Access is designed, not assumed.

A Sales system does not automatically see what Finance sees. Access is shaped by role, system, and task, with separate read and write permissions, restricted actions, and approval requirements.

03 / Human approval

Consequential actions need a person.

Consequential external communication, deletion of important records, permission changes, significant financial actions, and major system changes can remain behind explicit approval.

04 / RED data

Highly sensitive data is blocked by default in the planned design.

This includes passwords, MFA codes, private keys, banking credentials, highly sensitive identity documents, Social Security numbers, passport scans, medical and health information, protected-trait information, and raw criminal or background-check information. These use cases require separate legal and security review.

05 / Financial administration

Bank details are not bank credentials.

Approved details such as an IBAN may appear in a business workflow. Passwords, PINs, MFA codes, and unrestricted banking credentials should not be provided to AI. Invoice drafts and approved expense records may be in scope. Money movement, beneficiary changes, refunds, payroll transfers, and payment-destination changes require explicit human control.

06 / High-risk decisions

Some decisions stay human.

The operating layer is not designed to make autonomous legal, medical, safety-critical, or consequential financial decisions.

THE GUIDING PRINCIPLE

The right information.
The right permissions.
The right human controls.
